About

Christina began learning Yoga and mindfulness in 2006 while studying Therapeutic Bodywork. Her focus is on balancing the nervous system, developing compassion, and deepening the connection to the joys and stillness that life offers.
Since 2013 her focus has been on reducing stress and anxiety in Mental Health and Substance Misuse fields. She has worked with organisations including CRISIS, the Prison Phoenix Trust, MIND, universities, Oxfordshire Homelessness, Women’s refuge centres, Grant Thorton, Freeths LLP.
Teaching yoga allows her to pass on this vital way of being where possibilities and wonder keep unfolding
Training
Christina is committed to continuing professional development in all areas of her work, and has attended numerous month and week-long yoga and mindfulness retreats.
More recently, during her transition through the menopause, she has drawn inspiration from the Red School, Maya Luna, Jewels Wingfield, and Kimberley Ann Johnson. Emphasising  the significance of tuning into our  strengths, vulnerabilities, and inner wisdom, this transformative period has kept her evolving and anchored in the foundational values of kindness, delight and the continuous sense of curiosity.
