Oxford Yoga was established by Christina Sage 26 years ago, and is one of the longest standing yoga schools in the city.
Over the years, the school has taught at universities, schools and businesses. Over the past 15 years, it has developed and specialised its teachings, becoming a leading expert in the fields of mental health and addiction recovery.
Oxford Yoga has created a unique style of class that focuses on encouraging the student to slow down and stay connected using their body’s sensations, breath and positive intentions.

This flow relaxes and strengthens, and builds flexibility and resilience. It realigns and empowers the individual to consciously and willingly change mental and physical habits. This helps them to improve creativity, connectedness and acceptance.

Since the Covid-19 outbreak in early 2020, we have been determined to maintain our support for the yoga community, not just in Oxford, but throughout the UK. As a result, we have taken our lessons online. Through the use of video technologies, we are now running standard classes twice a week. If groups would like to run classes at different times, just get in touch.
