Oxford Yoga

Christina Sage established Oxford Yoga in 1998, making it one of the longest-running yoga schools in the city.

Over the years, Christina has taught at businesses, charities, universities and one to one.  Since 2007, she has specialised in mental health wellbeing and addiction recovery, becoming a leading expert in these fields.  For the past 10 years, she has been developing her Yoga for Menopause Workshops.

Christina’s sessions encourage clients to:

·      Rest and strengthen

·      Build flexibility and curiosity

·      Realign and receive

·      Hold our vulnerabilities

·      Stay present

·      Integrate possibilities

These practices help develop compassion and increase connectedness to oneself and others.

 Her approach focuses on

·      Awareness of the sensations in the body

·      Tuning into the breath

·      Savouring the senses

·      Being here now

·      All on a foundation of kindness

“May you be filled with a gentle kindness”
