Christina Sage established Oxford Yoga in 1998, making it one of the longest-running yoga schools in the city.

Over the years, Christina has shared her teachings at businesses, charities, and universities. Since 2007, she has specialised in mental health wellbeing and addiction recovery, becoming a leading expert in these fields. For the past 10 years, she has been developing her Yoga for Menopause Workshops.
